Bolo de limão tradicional gelado

Ingredientes

Massa

  • 100 Gramas de manteiga amolecida
  • 100 Gramas de açúcar
  • 2 Ovos
  • 100 Gramas de farinha com fermento
  • 2 Limões, caldo e raspas
  • 1 Colher de sopa de água

Recheio

  • 2 Colheres de sopa de geleia de limão ou laranja

Cobertura

  • 75 Gramas de manteiga amolecida
  • 150 Gramas de açúcar em pó
  • Raspas de 1 limão

Modo de Preparo

  1. Ligar o forno em temperatura média.
  2. Untar duas formas com 20 cm de diâmetro e forrar com papel vegetal.
  3. Colocar numa tigela a manteiga e o açúcar e bater. Juntar os ovos, raspas e caldo do limão e a água, bater mais um pouco, juntar a farinha. Misturar.
  4. Divida a massa entre as duas formas e levar a assar por cerca de 20/25 minutos.
  5. Quando os bolos estiverem frios retirar das formas. Espalhar a geleia sobre uma deles e cobrir com o outro.
  6. Para fazer a cobertura bata o açúcar e a manteiga até ficar cremoso e cubra o topo do bolo. Decorar com as raspas de limão.
  7. Levar a geladeira por cerca de 30 minutos. Servir.
