Ingredientes
- 250 Gramas (ou mais um pouco) de frango desfiado (usar sobras de frango usado para recheio)
- 200 Gramas de chouriço de carne picado bem pequeno
- 1 Lata de 425 ml de tomate pelado – picar em cubos
- 3 Colheres de chá de molho satay
- 100 Ml de água
- Punhado de folhas frescas de coentro – em substituição usar salsa
Massa
- 450 Gramas de talharim caseiro fresco
Modo de Preparo
- Colocar numa panela todos os ingredientes do molho (com exceção do coentro). Levar ao fogo, temperatura baixa.
- Cozinhar a massa (al dente) em bastante água fervente com sal. Escorrer a água, juntar o molho, acrescentar as folhas de coentro. Servir.

- Observo que não é necessário colocar sal, pois o frango e o chouriço já contêm sal e o picante do molho salienta o sal.
