Ingredientes
- 400 Gramas de batatas com casca
- 35 Gramas de couve finamente picada
- 100 Gramas de bacon em cubos pequenos
- Sal
- Pimenta do reino moída na hora
- Azeite para pincelar
Modo de Preparo
- Descascar as batatas, cortar em pedaços e levar a cozinhar em água com sal até estarem bem macias.
- Cubra um prato com papel de cozinha, espalhe o bacon e cubra com outra folha de papel de cozinha e leve ao micro-ondas por alguns minutos, até começar a ficar crocante. Reservar.
- Assim que as batatas estiverem cozidas escorra a água e passe as batatas (ainda quentes) pelo espremedor. Junte a couve e o bacon. Tempere com a pimenta do reino e misture muito bem.
- Divida em 4 porções, faça bolas e depois achate. Pincele em ambos os lados com azeite e grelhe por alguns minutos.
- Sirva como acompanhamento de carnes assadas ou grelhadas.
