Ingredientes
- Bolacha (Shortbread) com centeio e amêndoas
- 125 Gramas de amêndoas sem pele moídas
- 125 Gramas de manteiga picada
- 75 Gramas de açúcar
Modo de Preparo
- Misturar a farinha de centeio, as amêndoas moídas e o açúcar, juntar a manteiga e misturar com a ponta dos dedos até estar tudo homogêneo.
- Untar uma forma redonda com 20 cm de diâmetro, colocar nela a massa e prensar. Nivelar usando as costas de uma colher.

- Fazer corte ao meio e nos dois sentidos e depois no sentido transversal.

- Cortar cada pedaço ao meio.

- Espetar a massa com um garfo.

- Levar a assar em forno moderado/médio pré-aquecido por 40 minutos. Retirar do forno e cortar novamente.

- Quando esfriar transfira para um prato.
- O “shortbread” é um misto de bolacha e bolo.
