Spaghetti com abobrinha e tomate cereja

Ingredientes

  • 250 Gramas de massa seca tipo spaghetti
  • 2 Abobrinhas tamanho médio cortada em cubos
  • 250 Gramas de tomates cerejas cortados ao meio
  • 4 Colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
  • 2 Colheres de chá de alho triturado
  • Raspas de 1 limão siciliano grande
  • Pimenta vermelha fresca picadinha
  • Pimenta do reino
  • Sal
  • Manjericão fresco a gosto
  • 2 Colheres de sopa bem cheias de queijo parmesão ralado

Modo de Preparo

  1. Colocar a massa para cozer em água abundante com sal.
  2. Aquecer o azeite e refogar o alho, a pimenta e as raspas de limão por cerca de 1 minuto. Juntar as abobrinhas, temperar com sal e pimenta do reino e refogar por 3 minutos.
  3. Temperar os tomates com sal e juntar a panela com as abobrinhas. Cozinhar até os tomates começarem a murchar (cerca de 3 minutos).
  4. Escorrer a água da massa e adicionar na panela com o molho, juntar o queijo e o manjericão, misturar e servir.
  5. Reservar galhinhos de manjericão para ornamentar o prato.
