Uma receita muito deliciosa e fácil 


Ingredientes

  • 10 Tâmaras sem caroços
  • 10 Miolos de amêndoas inteiras, sem peles e tostadas
  • 50 Gramas de chocolate meio amargo
  • 40 Gramas de miolo de amêndoas granuladas e tostadas

Modo de preparo

  1. Colocar as amêndoas inteiras dentro das tâmaras.
  2. Derreter o chocolate em banho-maria ou no micro-ondas.
  3. Envolva as tâmaras no chocolate e cobrir com o miolo de amêndoas granuladas.
  4. Para tostar as amêndoas basta colocar em uma pequena frigideira e levar ao fogo mexendo sem parar para não correr o risco de queimar.
