Ingredientes

  • 250 gramas de trigo em grãos
  • 1 pimentão amarelo (ou vermelho)
  • 7 azeitonas grandes pretas picadas
  • 7 ameixas secas picadas
  • Azeite
  • Limão
  • ½ Cebola picadinha em fatias finas
  • Sal
  • Pimenta do reino moída na hora

Modo de  Preparo

  1. Lavar o trigo e deixar de molho na água durante a noite.
  2. Cozinhar até estar macio. Escorrer a água e deixar esfriar.
  3. Tirar a pele do pimentão e picar em cubos, temperar com sal e pimenta do reino, levar a cozer no micro-ondas por 3 minutos na potencia alta. Escorrer a água que juntar. Deixar esfriar e juntar ao trigo. Acrescentar as ameixas, as azeitonas e a cebola. Temperar com o limão, o azeite, sal e pimenta do reino. Servir.
