Massa com tomate confit e bacon

Ingredientes – para duas pessoas

  • 200 Gramas de massa tipo bavette seca ou outra que preferir – Se usar massa fresca a quantidade deverá ser de 300 gramas
  • 100 Gramas de bacon em cubos – usar bacon bem magro
  • Pimenta do reino
  • Pimenta vermelha picadinha
  • 50 Gramas de azeitonas pretas sem caroço fatiadas
  • 1 Fio de azeite de oliva
  • Sal
  • 90 Gramas de tomate confit –  Receita aqui: Tomate confit

Modo de Preparo

  1. Colocar a massa para cozinhar em água fervente com sal. Cozinhar al dente pelo tempo indicado pelo fabricante.
  2. Quando a massa estiver ao meio do cozimento colocar um fio de azeite numa pequena panela e fritar nela o bacon juntamente com a pimenta vermelha. Juntar o tomate confitado e as azeitonas, temperar com pimenta do reino.
  3. Antes de escorrer a massa retirar 1/2 concha de água.
  4. Quando a massa estiver escorrida juntar o molho e a quantidade da água reservada necessária para que a massa não fique seca.
