Ingredientes – para duas pessoas

  • 50 Gramas de amêndoas sem pele
  • 100 Gramas de teff em flocos
  • 60 Gramas de farinha de milho (fubá)
  • 80 Gramas de farinha de arroz integral
  • 100 Gramas de açúcar
  • 50 Gramas de manteiga amolecida ou margarina
  • 1 Ovo
  • 1/2 Colher de chá de fermento em pó
  • 60 Gramas de leite
  • 1 Colher de chá de essência de amêndoas

Modo de Preparo

  1. Triturar as amêndoas e juntar numa tigela com o restante dos ingredientes, misturar tudo muito bem. Cobrir a tigela e levar no refrigerador por 30 minutos.
  2. Fazer bolinhas e achatar um pouco. Colocar em tabuleiros forrados com papel vegetal e levar a assar em forno médio por 12-15 minutos.
  3. Rendimento: 30 a 35 biscoitos
  4. Conservar em recipiente de lata ou vidro.
