Ingredientes

  • 350 Gramas de farinha de trigo
  • 200 Gramas de manteiga
  • 3 Gemas de ovo
  • 1 Pitada de sal
  • 100 Gramas de açúcar em pó
  • 1 Colher de chá de essência de baunilha

Modo de Preparo

  1. Forrar tabuleiros com papel vegetal. Reservar.
  2. Misturar numa tigela a farinha, o açúcar e o sal.
  3. Amolecer a manteiga no micro-ondas e juntar a tigela, misturar,
    juntar as gemas de ovos e a baunilha e amassar até formar uma bola. Tampar com filme plástico e deixar repousar à temperatura ambiente. Após esse tempo faça os biscoitos, coloque nos tabuleiros e leve a assar em forno médio baixo por cerca de 12 minutos, ou até começarem a dourar. Retirar do forno e deixar esfriar sobre uma grade.
  4. Para modelar os biscoitos usei 10 gramas de massa, fiz bolinha e achatei com um garfo. Rendeu 55 biscoitos.
  5. Conservar em recipientes de lata ou de vidro.
