Lombo de porco assado

Ingredientes

  • 1,200 Kg de Lombo de porco
  • 200 Ml de vinho branco seco maduro
  • 120 Gramas de banha de porco
  • 2 Colheres de sobremesa de paprika
  • 4 a 5 Dentes de alho triturados
  • Sal
  • Pimenta do reino
  • Pimenta vermelha

Modo de Preparo

  1. Numa tigela que caiba o lombo coloque o vinho, a paprika, o alho e as pimentas e misture bem.
  2. Tempere o lombo com sal, fazer uns furos nele todo com um garfo e colocar na tigela. Tapar a tigela e levar a geladeira por 24 horas, virando de vez em quando para o lombo absorver bem os temperos.
  3. Untar o lombo com toda banha e levar a assar em forno quente durante cerca de 2 horas. A cada 15 minutos regar o lombo com a banha derretida na assadeira e a vinha d`alhos que o temperou.
  4. Decorridos 1:30 horas corte o lombo em fatias e espalhe na assadeira, regar com o molho e levar ao forno por mais cerca de meia hora, virando após 15 minutos.
  5. Servir com batatas assadas.
