Ingredientes

  • 150 Gramas de tâmaras sem sementes
  • 100 Ml de vinho do Porto
  • 70 Gramas de amêndoas tostadas e trituradas
  • Amêndoas tostadas e trituradas para decorar
  • 1 Colher de sopa de farinha de alfarroba torrada

Modo de preparo

  1. Colocar as tâmaras em uma pequena tigela e cobrir com o vinho do Porto. Deixar marinando por duas horas ou até estarem bem macias. A seguir apertar as tâmaras para escorrer o vinho.
  2. Colocar no processador de alimentos as tâmaras e processar até formar uma pasta. Retirar para uma tigela e juntar as amêndoas e a farinha de alfarroba. Misturar.
  3. Fazer bolinhas e passar pelas amêndoas para decorar.
