Muito fácil de fazer, delicioso e saudável.
Ingredientes
- 130 gramas de polvilho azedo
- ¼ colher de chá de curcuma
- ¼ colher de chá de sal
- 15 gramas de queijo grana padano ou parmesão
- 130 gramas de queijo ricota
- 1 ovo grande (66 gramas)
- 1 colher de chá de azeite de oliva – mais azeite extra para untar as mãos
Modo de preparo
- Colocar em uma tigela o polvilho, a curcuma, o sal e o queijo. Misturar. Acrescentar a ricota, o ovo e o azeite. Amassar até obter uma massa homogénea.
- Forrar um tabuleiro com papel vegetal.
- Ligar o forno em temperatura média.
- Fazer bolinhas com cerca de 15 gramas e colocar no tabuleiro. Levar para assar até estarem assados.
